This is Part one of four podcasts from our speakers talking about their research into burnout. Kristine Mason, PharmD, and Shannon Kraus, PharmD are in a combined PGY2 Residency / Masters of Science in Pharmacy Administration Program at The Ohio State University. Kristine is researching burnout and resiliency in the community-based setting and Shannon is researching the same thing from health-system perspective. In this first part, both are going to discuss administrative residency programs in general.
