I just wanted to update everyone that on the ASHP side, there are waivers available so that a California pharmacy residency program will not be sanctioned for having residents who don't meet the 2/3 as a pharmacist requirement. I'm not sure if this provides protections on employment, but it is likely more than those that are not in residency who hoped to be licensed in California can expect.
